Kindergarten in Szczecin construction of a kindergarten

The kindergarten will be built in the design and build formula. The two-story facility will accommodate 350 children, with a separate section for 30 nursery children.

In the two-story, energy-efficient building, 14 kindergarten departments are planned (7 on the ground floor and on the first floor). There will also be a children's club on the ground floor with a separate entrance. An open interior atrium and an elevator were designed.

All rooms for children will be equipped with modern equipment for exercise, games and movement games, such as a "magic carpet", interactive monitors, and other toys. In the kindergarten there will also be a "world experience" room equipped with various devices stimulating the development of children's senses. The facility will have full kitchen and social facilities, rest and refreshment facilities for auxiliary and cleaning staff (with a warehouse and technical part), a multi-functional room with telescopic stands and dedicated facilities, a sports hall, administrative rooms, facilities for teachers with a conference room.

Outside, there will be a safe multi-functional playground with a synthetic surface, a playground (including a sensory path and a sledge hill) and a vegetable and flower garden. The land development will be complemented by plantings of greenery, a public car park for parents (with access control) and a utility square with parking spaces for staff and suppliers
