Hampton by Hilton Poznań construction of a hotel facility

In nearly 16 months, by commission of the BB Old Town company, we will build a 6 floor hotel building with an area of nearly 5 000 m². Apart from 117 rooms the building will also feature an underground garage, a fitness area, conference room, as well as a bar and restaurant. The hotel design is authored by the Warsaw based architectural studio AGK Architekci.

At the end of January we have signed a contract for the construction of Poznań’s first hotel of the world-renowned Hampton by Hilton brand. As the general contractor we will be responsible for the comprehensive performance of the object on a “turnkey” basis. On the land parcel between the streets Św. Marcin and Podgórna we will construct a building with a total of 8 storeys and an area of nearly 5 000 m², with the necessary accompanying infrastructure. Construction works will be carried out in the historic city center.

Guests of the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Poznań will have access to 117 hotel rooms in a varied standard and with a varying number of beds, including 6 rooms dedicated for the handicapped. Some of them will additionally feature internal double doors, to enable joining individual rooms into larger units. All rooms will be located of floors 1-6. The building’s ground floor will feature the reception, lobby, computer room for guests (work zone), the conference room, bar and restaurant, social and office infrastructure, kitchen and a breakfast zone. The central part of the lobby will be lit using a round skylight created within the indoor patio. The 1^st floor, apart from hotel rooms, will also give guests access to the fitness area. The underground, garage section of the building, apart from the technological infrastructure, will feature a car park serviced by a car lift, which will enable entry to the hotel from the Św. Marcin street.
