SAP Apartments construction of the residential facility

PTB Nickel has become the general constructor of the newest project from SAP Apartamenty.

By May 2012, in one of Poznań's districts – Górczyn, PTB Nickel will have built an 11-storey apartment building with over 8 000 m2 of residential space, nearly 250 m2 of office space and a two-storey parking space. Within the project, there will be 109 apartments built, ranging in size from 43 to 145 m2. Górczyn Apartments will feature a porter's lodge, a pram room, two staircases and two disabled-friendly lifts that might also be used for moving large objects. Most apartments will be equipped with a balcony, terrace or loggia. For younger residents, there will also be a playground built.
