Apartment House Behind the Theatre construction of the residential facility

The project involved providing a residential, commercial and office space in an old building in the centre of the city.

There will be two functional parts in the new Apartment House Behind the Theatre project. The part facing the street, located amidst Art Nouveau houses, will be an avant-garde office building with an impressive glass and stone façade. This six-storey construction will house a 1440 m2 B + office space and a ground floor commercial space. The commercial space will be connected with the residential part, whose five segments will lead to a spacious atrium. The five-storey residential part will house 160 flats  ranging from 26 to 90 m2 in size. On the ground floor, there will be six commercial units leading to a green patio.

Apartment House Behind the Theatre will boast an innovative solution of a two-storey underground parking space featuring a mechanic ventilation system that allows for gas-powered cars to be parked.

The completion of the project has been planned for the third quarter of 2012.
