Business and Science Incubator construction of the office facility

The working design and the complex performance of construction work of the office building. An environmentally friendly 2-storey class A office building was built on a plot of land with the area of over 2300 m2.

As well as 45 offices with about 120 workplaces the building includes specialist laboratories: Usability, Users’ Experience and Availability Research Laboratory (LabUx) and the Multimedia Technology Research Laboratory together with Daily Intelligent Technologies Workshop. The total area of the Business and Science Incubator that provides its tenants with, among others, conference and training rooms, reception desk, server room, kitchen, office space and utility rooms equals to over 2100 m2. This two-storey office building with mezzanine also has the underground parking for about 40 cars. The entire facility was adapted to the needs of disabled persons.
