PHUP Szeszyccy construction of the warehouse hall with the staff and office facilities

Expansion of the warehouse hall including the sections intended for offices and for the staff for the PHUP company in Gniezno, at ul. Orcholska 41. The total useful area of the expanded facility is 8400 m2, including:

• warehouses 6,0356 m2,
• cold store for food products 1,075 m2,
• three-storey staff section for 110 employees 410 m2,
• three-storey office section 880 m2.

The total area of the roads and maneuvering yards is 6,035 m2 The facility was constructed in the “design and build” formula, the building permit was issued at the beginning of June, the planned completion date for the construction works is February 2016.
