Mróz S.A. construction of the warehouse-production hall

The subject of the investment is the construction of the new warehouse-production hall for Mróz S.A.

On a plot with an area of almost 10 000 m² , we will build a modern production plant as well as the necessary technical infrastructure. The total area of:

• designed roads,

• pavements,

• parking places,

• manoeuvring yards including reloading docks,

• networks and technical buildings exceeds 22 000 m^{2 .}

  The designed investment covers a two-storey production and warehouse hall with the total area of almost 11 000 m². On the ground floor, there will bethe warehouse hall, including:

• the high bay warehouse,

• the cold store,

• freezers.

  On the floor, there will be cloakrooms and the canteen for employees and the office rooms, conference rooms and technical rooms. The plant built by us is divided functionally into several interconnected zones:

• the production hall,

• the finished goods warehouse,

• quality control zone,

• social facilities for employees,

• technical premises

  The production and warehouse zone is designed in a high hygienic standard. Its maintenance will be possible owing to the use of the clean room system in the facility, air pressure control between the rooms and finishing elements that enable easy maintenance of cleanliness.

  In order to meet the restrictive requirements related to production of food, the building will be provided with special locks, which constitute buffers between clean and dirty zones of the facility.

  We aim to put the finished facility into service for the investor in the first quarter of 2017.
