Metpol construction of the warehouse hall

Metpol is a manufacturer of products made of aluminum and zinc coated plates. For the company to grow, a number of innovative technologies needs to be introduced and to achieve that it has received financial support from the EU.

PTB Nickel has been commissioned to build a two-storey production building (without a basement) of a reinforced-concrete frame and brick walls with the gross covered area of 1,379 m2, the usable floor area of 2,567 m2 and cubature of 10,897 m3.

PTB Nickel has been contracted to provide water supply through connection with the nearby production building water supply network; a sewerage system connected with the company sewerage system; a storm water drainage system with rain wells; gas supply with a hot blast stove and mechanical and gravity ventilation systems; power supply and telecommunication installations. Apart from the production area, the building will also feature staff facilities.

The company has also been contracted to build roads and yards with cobblestone and openwork reinforced concrete slabs and to do landscaping and fencing works.
