DSM Nutritional Products
The facility, designed and built by PTB Nickel, is a production and warehouse complex with technical, social and office space. The warehouse part is a building for storing raw materials and finished products. The production part consists of two parts: a four-storey tower and a two-storey part with social facilities.
The usable area of the factory was 11,083 m2, its height was 22.17 m, and its cubature - 91,770 m3. The building was equipped with water, sewage, gas, sprinkler, mechanical ventilation HVAC, cooling, compressed air and air conditioning, electrical, teletechnical and lightning protection systems.
Our BMS system is responsible for maintaining and monitoring pressure cascade in clean rooms as well as humidity and temperature of the whole production zone.
TThe production plant of the international company DSM began manufacturing mixed powders for the food industry, and in particular for the baby food sector. The new factory will meet high quality and hygiene standards. The advanced mixing technology will allow DSM to develop modern premixes that meet the high requirements of producers of food administered at an early stage of life.
