Altom expansion of the warehouse hall

PTB Nickel once again became the general contractor of the investment of the ALTOM company, which has operated in the Polish household appliances market for over 20 years. In the town of Kocanowo nearby Gniezno, the company expanded the existing warehouse facilities by yet another 6000 m2 of warehouse space.

The construction work, lasting less than 9 months, was conducted in the “build and design” formula. As the general contractor, the company was responsible for all the investment stages: from obtaining the legally required documents, obtaining the environmental decision, preparing the geotechnical documentation and construction design, obtaining the building permit to construction of the facility and obtaining the permission for its use by the investor.
