The company was set up in 1991 as the continuation of passion of Marian Nickel PhD, Eng. related to building and implementation of innovations, which at that time tentatively started to enter the Polish market. Owing to tenacity and courageous decisions, interesting and modern designs were created and their architecture, quality of workmanship and ergonomics taken into consideration while designing interiors are still up-to-date.

The achievement of synergy in cooperation with clients, subcontractors and architects, and above all successes in the completion of innovative projects was possible owing to the consequence, reliability and quality which went hand in hand with the NICKEL brand.

Since 2013, the position of the president of the Management Board has been taken over by his son - Michał Nickel. This meant deep restructuring for the company, the change in the model of business management, the improvement of qualifications of the managing staff, technical staff and physical staff, the modernisation of the machine park and the implementation of the solutions which would make the process of cost estimation, quotation and investment completion more efficient.

At present, owing to the combination of these values with the modern business approach, we can offer the fully thought-out, coordinated and optimised investment process to our partners and clients.

Almost 25 years of our experience has taught us that it is necessary to share knowledge, eliminate well defined problems and take advantage of only that which brings profit at each stage of process: from the planning permission, through designing, workmanship, obtaining the necessary permits and finally commissioning of the facility. We define precisely and minimise the financial, technical and administrative risk, owing to which the construction processes supervised by us are completed on time and in accordance with the good building practice.

We are recognisable on the general contracting market as a reliable Partner in business that follows the fair-play principles. And this, as such, creates an obligation for us to develop the company within the framework of the CSR activities and active support of the social micro-environment in which we operate. Our employees can take advantage of the training that enhances their professional skills and command of foreign languages and of the private medical care. Our clients cooperate with us in creating the development programmes and cultural initiatives which we support actively. Each year we support enterprises and social events in our municipality and we support those most deprived people.
